Q1: What's the difference between this and a flush mount?
A1: The stem. The walnut canopy goes against the ceiling and a short, turned wood stem drops the travertine disc about 10cm below it. That gap gives the light more shape from the side, which flush mounts don't have.
Q2: Is it OK for a low ceiling?
A2: Yes. The whole thing is only 18cm from the ceiling, which is far less than a pendant. It works in most rooms with a standard 2.4 to 2.7m ceiling.
Q3: Which size should I pick?
A3: Dia 30cm suits a hallway, a small bedroom or a dining nook. Dia 40cm is the better choice as the main light in a standard bedroom or a small living room.
Q4: Can I dim it?
A4: No. The LED driver is non-dimmable, so it simply turns on and off from your wall switch. Please don't wire it to a dimmer, as that can make the LED flicker or hum.

A5: It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box, so you will want an electrician to fit it. The wiring takes AC 110-240V, which covers both US and European mains. It is rated IP20, so keep it to dry indoor rooms.
