Q1: How is it built?
A1: A solid wood back plate with a dark stain goes against the ceiling, and the travertine rim sits on top of it, tapering in towards the opal panel. From the side you see a thin line of dark wood, then the stone, then the light.
Q2: Which size should I pick?
A2: Dia 30cm suits a hallway, entry or small bedroom. 43cm is right for most bedrooms and dining rooms, and 55cm for a living room or a larger open space.
Q3: What's the light like?
A3: Warm 3000K and even. The opal panel fills the middle and spreads light across the room without hot spots, while the inside of the stone rim glows slightly.
Q4: Can I dim it?
A4: No. The LED driver is non-dimmable, so it simply turns on and off from your wall switch. Please don't wire it to a dimmer, as that can make the LED flicker or hum.
