Q1: What does it look like on the ceiling?
A1: Like a ball held under a thin stone plate. The travertine disc lies flat against the ceiling and the globe drops just below it. When the light is on, the underside of the stone picks up a warm halo around the glass.
Q2: What bulb does it take?
A2: One G9 capsule bulb up to 40W, not included. A 3-5W G9 LED at 2700-3000K is right for an entry or hallway. The opal glass hides the bulb, so the globe glows evenly.
Q3: Is the globe glass or acrylic?
A3: Glass. It's opal white glass, so it won't yellow, and it comes off for bulb changes and cleaning.
Q4: Is it dimmable?
A4: It's supplied as an on/off fixture for your wall switch. If you want to dim it, you'd need a dimmable bulb and a compatible wall dimmer, so check with our sales team before you order.
Q5: How is it installed?
A5: It is hardwired to a standard ceiling junction box, so you will want an electrician to fit it. The wiring takes AC 110-240V, which covers both US and European mains. It is rated IP20, so keep it to dry indoor rooms.

A6: Switch it off at the breaker first, then wipe the stone with a dry or barely damp soft cloth. Skip bleach, solvents and scouring cream. The surface is sealed, but the open pores will hold onto anything harsh.
