1. Our Commitment
At Maso Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the timeframe outlined below and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged or defective upon delivery

The item received does not match the product description or specifications

The return request is submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery

The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

We are unable to accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidental damage

Products that have been modified or altered

Items returned after 30 days of confirmed delivery

Custom or made-to-order products (unless defective)

Items without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at info@masolighting.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Step 3: Ship the item back to the address provided, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or specification, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. Do not discard any packaging. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
