Q1: What does this chandelier look like?
A1: A central polished-brass orb at the centre with many slim brass arms radiating outward in a 360° sphere - a classic sputnik silhouette. Long arms terminate in white milky-glass globes (~130mm) that house G9 bulbs; shorter accent arms terminate in small solid-brass orbs (~50mm) that read as decorative punctuation. Overall envelope is roughly 800mm wide and 800mm tall.
Q2: What size is it?
A2: 800 × 800 × 800mm overall envelope. Suspended from a brass rod-down stem (~300mm) and round brass canopy. Total install height including stem is roughly 1100mm from ceiling to lowest globe - suits ceilings 320cm and above. Best in spaces with 360° viewing access.
Q3: Are bulbs included?
A3: No - G9 bulbs are sold separately. Maximum 40W per socket. We recommend warm-white (3000K) G9 LED bulbs - clear or filament G9 bulbs read warmly through the milky globes; frosted bulbs give a softer all-over halo.
Q4: How does it differ from the MD006 starburst?
A4: MD006 is a more conventional one-tier starburst with arms radiating mostly horizontally; MD015 is a true 360° sputnik - arms project in every direction (up, down, sideways) and the design includes accent solid-brass orbs in addition to lit globes. MD015 is the more dramatic and sculptural option for high-ceiling rooms.
Q5: Where is it best used?
A5: High-ceiling residential foyers and double-height stair landings, lofts, modern hotel public spaces, design-forward retail flagships, gallery interiors, and any room with 320cm+ ceilings where a 360° statement centrepiece is wanted. Best viewed from below and from multiple sides.
Q6: How is it installed?
A6: Ceiling-mounted via a polished-brass rod-down stem (approximately 300mm standard) to a standard junction box. The brass canopy covers the outlet area. Two-person install required due to 360° arm projection. Indoor use only (IP20).
