Q1: What does this fixture look like?
A1: 13-light: a brushed-gold disc-and-stem hub with 13 opaline milky white glass globes (~130mm) clustered closely around it in a tight halo form - reads as a luminous gold-and-white halo from below. 4-ball mini: a compact gold rod-down with four 150mm milky white globes clustered tightly at the end - reads as a small floating cluster ideal for tighter spaces.
Q2: Which configuration should I choose?
A2: 13-light (D~530mm) for dining rooms (round tables 110-140cm or rectangular 140-180cm), lounges, hotel public spaces, and master bedrooms with 270cm+ ceilings. 4-ball mini (D300mm) for compact bedrooms, hallways, walk-in wardrobes, over kitchen counters, and small powder rooms with 240cm+ ceilings.
Q3: Are bulbs included?
A3: No - G9 bulbs are sold separately. Maximum 40W per socket. We recommend warm-white (3000K) G9 LED bulbs - frosted or clear both work as the milky glass diffuses the bulb fully. Use dimmable G9 bulbs with an external dimmer for adjustable mood lighting.
Q4: How dense is the 13-light cluster?
A4: The 13-light arrangement is tight - the globes touch or nearly touch at the inner edge, giving a dense luminous halo with very little visible frame between them. From below it reads as a continuous bright ring rather than as 13 distinct points. Ideal for a glamorous lit-halo centrepiece.
Q5: Where is it best used?
A5: 13-light: glam dining rooms, lounges, primary suites, hotel lobbies and restaurants. 4-ball mini: secondary bedrooms, hallways, walk-in wardrobes, side rooms, over kitchen counters, mini powder rooms, and as a stair-landing accent. Both work as single fixtures or in pairs/clusters in larger rooms.
Q6: How is it installed?
A6: Ceiling-mounted via a gold rod-down stem to a standard junction box. The brushed-gold canopy covers the outlet area. Globes ship separately and screw into the frame sockets after install. Single-person install for the 4-ball mini, two-person recommended for the 13-light. Indoor use only (IP20).
