Q1: What is the design of this chandelier?
A1: A brass ring is clad with overlapping alabaster plates arranged in two staggered tiers, like scales or petals laid around the rim. Every plate keeps a deliberately rough, chipped outer edge while the face is smoothed, and each is fixed with a small round brass stud. The whole ring hangs from three decorative brass link chains under a brass canopy with a walnut-tone stem collar.
Q2: What sizes are available?
A2: Four variants, all in Gold+White with warm light. Round versions in Dia 45cm, Dia 68cm and Dia 80cm, each H 60cm including the chain suspension, plus a linear version at L 120cm × H 80cm for long tables and kitchen islands. Chain length can be shortened on site by removing links.
Q3: Why do the plates have rough edges?
A3: The broken edge is the whole point of the design. Light escaping through a chipped rim scatters instead of stopping cleanly, so the ring gets a soft halo rather than a hard outline. The faces are polished so the plate itself glows evenly; only the perimeter is left raw. Every plate is finished by hand, so no two chandeliers are identical.
Q4: What bulbs does it use?
A4: G9 sockets are mounted inside the ring, firing outward through the alabaster plates. Bulbs are not included — use G9 LED at 3-5W, 2700-3000K warm white. Head count and total load scale with diameter, capped at Max 120W on the largest variant. Bulbs are completely hidden behind the plates from every viewing angle.
Q5: Which size should I choose for my room?
A5: Dia 45cm suits a small dining nook, entry or bedside-height bedroom drop. Dia 68cm is the standard round dining size for a table of 110-130cm. Dia 80cm works over a 140-160cm round table or in a stairwell where the fixture is seen from below and above. The L 120cm linear version is for rectangular dining tables and kitchen islands of 180-240cm.
Q6: How does it ship and install?
A6: Hardwired to a ceiling junction box; the chains carry the load and the brass canopy covers the box. It ships knocked down — the metal ring in a foam bed, alabaster plates packed individually in a separate layer, chains and canopy boxed apart. Plates are studded onto the ring after hanging, which keeps the shipping carton compact and greatly reduces breakage risk.
