Q1: What is the shape of this chandelier?
A1: An open brass frame is bent into a faceted, lantern-like cage — you can see straight through it. Flat alabaster panels stand upright at each facet, and a slim G9 candle socket sits just in front of every panel, so each flame is backed by a glowing slab. The result is a lantern outline that stays visually light because there is no solid body inside it.
Q2: Which size fits my room?
A2: Three variants: 5 heads at Dia 40cm × H 45cm, 6 heads at Dia 65cm × H 33cm, and 8 heads at Dia 80cm × H 35cm. The 40cm is a hallway or bedside scale, the 65cm suits a four to six seat dining table, and the 80cm is the entrance hall and stair landing option. The brass rod above can be trimmed to about 100cm of drop.
Q3: Are the alabaster panels flat or curved?
A3: Flat. Each panel is a straight slab with polished faces, mounted vertically so that it acts as a backing screen for the candle socket in front of it. Flat panels give a cleaner, more architectural line than a curved shade and let the faceted brass frame stay the dominant shape.
Q4: What bulbs are needed?
A4: G9 candle sockets, bulbs not included, Max 60W in total across the fixture. Use 3-5W G9 LED at 2700-3000K warm white. Since the bulbs are exposed in front of the panels rather than enclosed, choose a frosted or opal G9 rather than a clear one to avoid a hard point of glare at eye level.
Q5: Is the brass frame solid or plated?
A5: The frame is metal with a brushed brass finish, hand-formed at each facet joint, which is why the corner angles vary very slightly from unit to unit. It is finished with a clear protective lacquer, so it keeps its warm tone indoors and only needs an occasional wipe with a dry soft cloth — no polish or metal cleaner.
Q6: How is it installed and packed?
A6: Hardwired to a ceiling junction box through the round brass canopy — an electrician job of about 45 minutes. The cage and rod ship assembled in one moulded foam bed, and the alabaster panels ship separately in a second layer; the panels clip into the frame on site once the fixture is hung.
