  • Q1: What is the design of this chandelier?

A1: Eight slender brass arms radiate from a central stem and sweep upward, each ending in a round alabaster globe that sits open-side-down on a small brass cup. The arms are set at two heights — four high, four low — so the globes read as a loose constellation rather than a flat ring. Above the stem is a brass link chain and a domed canopy.

    Q2: What sizes are available?

A2: Two: Dia 72cm × H 50cm and Dia 85cm × H 50cm, both in Brass & White. Each globe is about Dia 15cm. The chain adds up to 60cm of extra drop and can be shortened by removing links, so the fixture suits ceilings from 2.6m upward.

Q3: What bulbs does it take?

A3: Eight G9 sockets, one per globe, bulbs not included. Use G9 LED at 3-5W and 2700-3000K warm white; total load is capped at Max 40W. Because the globe sits open-side-down on the brass cup, bulb changes are done from below without dismounting anything — lift the globe, swap, reseat.

Q4: How does the alabaster look when it is lit?

A4: Each globe glows a soft ivory-cream with faint cloudy shading drifting through it, and no hot spot where the bulb sits — the material is thick enough to hide the source completely. Unlit, the globes read as matte off-white spheres against warm brass, which is why the fixture still looks intentional in daylight.

Q5: Which room does it suit?

A5: Dining rooms above all — the Dia 72cm over a round table of 120-140cm, the Dia 85cm over 150-170cm or a large square table. It also works as a living-room centrepiece or in a hotel suite. The mid-century arm geometry sits comfortably in transitional and contemporary interiors alike.

Q6: How is it installed and shipped?

A6: Hardwired to a ceiling junction box, with the brass chain carrying the weight and the domed canopy covering the box. It ships knocked down: arm frame in a foam bed, the eight alabaster globes individually wrapped in a separate upper layer, chain and canopy boxed apart. Globes are seated after the frame is hung — about 45 minutes for an electrician.
