Q1: What does this chandelier actually look like?
A1: Round alabaster globes hang on slim individual cables and are drawn together part-way down by a gold collar, so the cluster reads as a soft bubble cloud rather than a flat ring. Each globe is topped by a small brushed brass disc that holds the cable, and the spheres sit at staggered heights so the silhouette is domed and full at the bottom and opens out towards the ceiling.
Q2: What sizes and head counts can I order?
A2: Four variants, all Gold+White: 7 heads at Dia 50cm, 13 heads at Dia 68cm, 15 heads at Dia 75cm and 19 heads at Dia 85cm. Every version is supplied with a 200cm overall drop. The 7 and 13 head versions suit a normal 2.8-3.2m ceiling; the 15 and 19 head versions are built for a double-height stairwell or entry void.
Q3: Can I shorten the 200cm drop?
A3: Yes. Each globe hangs on its own cable and every cable can be shortened independently at the canopy during installation, so you can set the overall drop anywhere from roughly 40cm up to the full 200cm and also re-stagger the individual globe heights to suit the stair flight or the ceiling void you are hanging into.
Q4: What bulbs does it use?
A4: One G9 socket inside each globe, bulbs not included. We recommend 3-5W G9 LED at 2700-3000K; the fitting is rated Max 40W per head. Because the socket sits fully inside the alabaster sphere there is no visible filament or glare — only the globe itself glowing, with the faint internal veining showing through.
Q5: Where is it normally installed?
A5: Stairwells and double-height entry voids are the classic application, because the long drop and staggered globe heights are designed to be seen from more than one floor level. It also works over a round dining table, in a hotel lobby, or above an open stair landing where you want a sculptural mass rather than a flat fixture.
Q6: How does it ship and install?
A6: Hardwired to a ceiling junction box through the gold canopy — an electrician job. The canopy, gathering collar and cable harness ship pre-assembled in one foam bed; the alabaster globes are packed individually in a separate layer and are screwed on one at a time after the canopy is fixed, which is why a two-person install is easier.
