Q1: What does this pendant look like?
A1: Multiple white moon-finish plastic spheres (each about 150mm with a soft cratered surface) hang on thin individual cables from a round brushed-brass canopy. Cables are staggered slightly to give the cluster depth and read as a floating cloud or moon assembly. One accent ball printed with a galaxy / nebula pattern sits at the cluster base for visual punctuation.
Q2: Which configuration should I choose?
A2: 7-ball (D400) for small bedrooms, reading corners, kids' rooms (5-10m²). 13-ball (D600) for medium bedrooms, lounges, dining rooms (10-18m²). 19-ball (D600) for the same footprint but denser look - feature stairwells, double-height entries, large bedrooms, and statement zones (15-25m²).
Q3: Are the balls glass or plastic?
A3: The balls are high-density translucent plastic with a sprayed moon-texture finish - this keeps the cluster light (important for cable suspension) and allows the galaxy-print on the accent ball to render cleanly. The light glows softly through the plastic. They are not fragile glass.
Q4: Are bulbs included?
A4: No - G9 bulbs are sold separately, max 40W per socket. Translucent plastic diffuses any G9 evenly - warm-white 2700K reads cozy and moon-like, 4000K reads cooler and more lunar. 7, 13, or 19 bulbs total depending on configuration.
Q5: Where is it best used?
A5: Stairwell drops, double-height foyers, kids' bedrooms (especially astronomy-themed rooms), themed restaurants, hotel lobbies, retail displays, and feature interiors. Best for 280cm+ ceilings (any size); the 19-ball with longer cables wants 320cm+. Indoor use only (IP20).
Q6: How is it installed?
A6: Single brass canopy mounts to a standard junction box. Each ball hangs on its own braided cable; cable lengths are set during install to create staggered depth (place the accent galaxy ball at the visual base). Two-person install recommended for 13-ball and 19-ball. Standard L/N/E mains wiring.
