Q1: What does this pendant actually look like?

A1: A single alabaster cylinder run horizontally, closed at both ends with a shallow metal cap and picked up at two points along its length by matching metal collars. There is no housing or diffuser trim on show — the tube is the fitting. Lit, it reads as one continuous bar of warm light with the veining floating inside it.

Q2: Which lengths and finishes can I order?

A2: Three lengths — L 100cm, L 120cm and L 150cm — each in White+Gold or White+Black, giving six variants. The tube section stays at Dia 8cm across all three, so the piece gets longer without getting visually heavier. The metalwork colour applies to the end caps, the two collars and the ceiling canopy.

Q3: How do I pick the right length for my table?

A3: Leave roughly 15-20cm of table showing beyond each end of the tube. That puts L 100cm over a table of about 140-180cm, L 120cm over 180-220cm and L 150cm over 220-260cm or a long kitchen island. Hang the underside about 75-85cm above the worktop or tabletop.

Q4: Do I need to buy bulbs?

A4: No. The LED strip runs the full internal length of the tube and is built in, at 3000K warm white with CRI over 80 and rated Max 40W. Because the source is continuous rather than a row of separate lamps, there are no bright spots or dark gaps along the bar.

Q5: Can it be dimmed?

A5: Yes. It ships with a dimmable driver and works with a compatible wall dimmer. Give your electrician the dimmer model before you order so we can match the driver to it — a mismatched dimmer is the usual cause of flicker or a limited dimming range on any integrated LED fitting.

Q6: How is it hung and levelled?

A6: Two fine steel cables drop from the canopy to the collars, and each one is adjusted independently at the ceiling. That lets you set the drop anywhere up to about 150cm and trim the tube dead level even when the ceiling itself is slightly out of true. It is hardwired to a junction box, so it is an electrician job.
