Q1: How is this chandelier arranged?

A1: Slim rods drop from a round flat canopy, and each rod carries two squared alabaster batons — one high, one lower — so a single drop already reads as a pair. With several drops set at different lengths the batons stack into a loose vertical rhythm rather than a flat row, which is why it works as well in a tall stairwell as it does over a table.

Q2: What are the different layouts?

A2: Six head counts, each in Gold+White or Matt Black+White, giving twelve variants. Canopy sizes run Dia 12cm for 1 head, 25cm for 3, 35cm for 5, 45cm for 7, 60cm for 9 and 80cm for 12 heads. All are quoted at 150cm overall height, and each individual rod can be cut shorter on site to reset the stagger.

Q3: How big is each alabaster baton?

A3: Each baton is a squared alabaster tube of roughly Dia 5cm x H 38cm with softly eased corners. Because the walls are thin and the LED sits inside, the whole baton lights up as a solid bar of warm light with the internal shading showing through, instead of glowing only at the ends.

Q4: Do I need to fit bulbs?

A4: No. Each baton has its own integrated LED at 3000K warm white with CRI over 80, drawing roughly 5W, with the whole fitting rated Max 40W. There is nothing to replace and no socket to reach, which matters on the larger versions where the batons hang well out of arm's reach.

Q5: Can it be dimmed?

A5: Yes. It is supplied with a dimmable driver and works with a compatible wall dimmer. Confirm the dimmer model with your electrician before ordering so we can match the driver to it — that is the single most common cause of flicker when an integrated LED fitting is put on an existing dimmer circuit.

Q6: Which ceiling height do I need?

A6: The 1 and 3 head versions suit a normal 2.6-3m ceiling, and the single drop is often used beside a bed or either side of a mirror. From 7 heads upwards the piece is designed for a stairwell, a void or a double-height entry, where the staggered batons can be seen from more than one floor level.
